Hello World: Welcome to My First Blog Post

Hello gorgeous!! Just know that you are loved by the universe. I dedicate this website to inspire you!! That it is never too late to do things you wanna do!! Life is beautiful!! Let’s uplift each other. The world is crazy and we need each other. My life is not perfect but one thing I sure do know is I have a good heart. 

This website is about life, blogging, passion, travel, fashion, health, humor, pets and a mix of everything. 

My name is Sheila. I am a Physical Therapist by profession. I have been working with the same company in the last 16 years and I’m proud of that. I love what I do. I love my patients. I love working with people but I am not  so crazy about the paperwork. I have a fur baby named Little Bit who is my world!!

 I am blessed in life and I want to share my blessings even just in writing/blogging for now and hopefully someday ( soon ) turning it into action.  Someday, I would want to build a dog sanctuary ( and if not ) just to actively support and  help elderly veterans and other people in need.

For now, I am proud to say I try to help the best I can but not the way I want it.

Now, in my 40’s when maturity hits you, you feel like you can do more for yourself, more than just  being in a 9-5 job. 

You become braver with the challenges in life!!

And become more focused on things you want to explore and experience.

Like fulfilling your other dreams and making them come true.

Everyday my passion is getting stronger to do things I have not done. To travel more. To enjoy life. To be an entrepreneur. To be a writer. To be of help to others. To be closer to God, family and friends. 

My bbf’s are my mental health support. 

I feel inspired to do things that makes me or will make me happy. 

I  feel stronger and wiser. I learned how to deal or stay away from toxic people.

I have learned in life that if you can’t win in an argument, you just simply have to walk away and say ” Ok if you say so ”  don’t stress yourself out. There are people out there who would always want to win, give it to them. LOL!! 

Life is not a competition. It’s how you create it. Just stay cool, keep going at your own pace. 

If you feel like sleeping, you sleep. If you feel like partying, you party. If you feel like eating, you eat. If you feel like traveling, you travel. Life is good gorgeous!!

One thing I am proud of myself, I never compared myself to anybody. If you’re having a blast, good for you, let me do ma thing and sleep all day if I feel like it..Cheers!!
