The Interior. Let me showcase the interior, this stunning wall and ceiling decor piece combines elements of glass and stone, artfully woven together to create a textured, wood-like appearance. Each piece interlocks to form a warm, earthy look reminiscent of natural wood, yet with a contemporary twist thanks to the sleek glass accents and polished stone. It’s a blend of rustic charm and modern sophistication, making it both eye-catching and elegant.
As much as how beautiful the decors are, we were seated at the very end, not sure if because we are last diners..

What’s on the Menu? Everything!
Bacchanal Buffet is the largest buffet in Las Vegas, Open Table’s Diner’s Choice 2024 and was named The Best Buffet in Las Vegas by USA Today. It offers over 250+ menu items spread across nine chef-attended action stations featuring cuisines from around the world with infinite flavors. Source: Caesars.com
To make it easier for you to decide what to eat or which station to go, I incorporated all the 9 active stations in this blog. Remember: You only have 90 minutes to eat all these. More of these tips and price information at the bottom of this blog.
Nine Chef-Attended Action Stations:
1. Seafood Station
Freshly jumbo shrimp, king crab legs, jumbo shrimp, shucked oysters and lobster claws—this is seafood heaven! Don’t miss the seafood ceviche or the smoked salmon with all the fixings. A little tip: they replenish the seafood regularly, so you’re guaranteed freshness. This station is located at the very beginning of the buffet area. With my experience, the very 1st place that people go. Who would want to miss king crabs and jumbo shrimp, right?
I apologized I am not able to take a photo of the names of all the dishes but each dish has a name on the display glass.
Oh my!! These are sooo yummy!! One not to miss!! A must try!!
And my 1st plate: Well I started with small portions..lol..
2. American Station
Southern Comfort, anyone? Think Southern-style fried chicken, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, corn, creamed spinach and cornbread. Comfort food at its finest, perfect for those looking for a touch of home cooking. I’m from Florida and I love corn and eat corn wherever I go and surely did not miss this one, lol!
GetYourGuide is my next top “go-to” website for travel ideas because it provides a curated selection of bookable tours, activities, and experiences worldwide, complete with reviews and flexible options to suit every traveler’s needs. Check out their deals!
3. Carving Station
Carnivores rejoice! Perhaps the busiest, the most popular and the centermost station. This station offers premium cuts of meat, including prime rib, roasted turkey, and lamb chops. Pair these with decadent sauces and you’ve got a plate worth savoring. This is where you’re supposed to go after you secure your crabs and shrimps from the Seafood Station..lol!
4. Mexican/Latin Station
This is right next to the Carving Station. Savor the vibrant flavors of Latin America with street-style tacos, fresh ceviche, enchiladas, and tamales. Don’t miss the grilled elote (Mexican street corn) and a variety of salsas to spice up your meal.
5. Italian Station
Craving a taste of Italy? Head over to the Italian section, where fresh pasta dishes and wood-fired pizzas steal the show. The truffle pizza and made-to-order pasta are standouts.

6. Mediterranean Station
Explore flavors from the Mediterranean with dishes like grilled kebabs, hummus, tabbouleh, and falafel. The station often includes a selection of olives, cheeses, and freshly baked pita bread.
7. Soup and Salad Station
Customize your own salad with a variety of fresh greens, vegetables, toppings, and dressings. The soup selection rotates but often includes options like clam chowder, miso soup, and minestrone.
If you are Vegan like my friend, you can enjoy their Ancient Grain Salad..
And next is perhaps my favorite station..lol..
8. Asian Cuisine Station
From sushi rolls and sashimi to dim sum and noodles, the Asian station is a crowd-pleaser. Be sure to try the crispy pork belly and the Peking duck served with traditional hoisin sauce and pancakes. And this must be my favorite station! Why? I’m Filipino, and they have a Filipino station for pork lovers! Our very own crispy pork belly, this dish is mostly present in every Filipino party!
Crispy Pork Belly..hmm..yummy! Don’t forget the sauce!
Don’t forget the sauce!
Ant then there’s everyone’s favorite, the Filipino Barbeque & infamous Lumpia ( egg rolls )
Korean section with Kalbi, Jap Chae and some more..
Poke…a must try!! Poke is a traditional Hawaiian dish, but it has been influenced by Japanese cuisine. Poke bowls have gained a lot of popularity in the U.S., and now it’s common to find poke spots in shopping centers and plazas everywhere.
Sushi..
Chinese..
Dumplings & Shumai is at the very end of Asian Station.
9. Dessert Wonderland
Make sure to save room for dessert because Bacchanal’s pastry chefs have outdone themselves. From crème brûlée and gelato to mini cakes and chocolate fondue, the dessert station is an indulgence you won’t forget. Don’t skip the made-to-order crepes or the liquid nitrogen ice cream.
