Let me share to you all one of our favorite ” go to ” sushi place every time we get a chance. Exactly located in Brandon area, Sushi Yama combines authentic Japanese flavors with a modern twist, making it a must-visit destination for sushi aficionados.

Here’s why you should make Sushi Yama your next eat all you can spot:

SUSHI YAMA MENU: ALL YOU CAN EAT

LUNCH: $20.95 FROM 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM

SERVED MONDAY – SATURDAY ( SUNDAY – ALL DAY DINNER )

If you haven’t tried Sushi Yama yet, let me share with you our favorites in this menu. Because this is ” All You Can Eat ” whatever is in this menu, you can repeatedly order one at a time except for sushi. Our friend eats 30+ sushi or more..lol..also please be mindful of your order. On the menu it says “Excessive Leftovers will result in A La Carte Pricing” and oh boi, we experienced 2 ladies ordered a lot but did not care to finish and they were billed a la carte and they were not happy. In all fairness, the staff here are really really nice. A place you would want to come back because of great food and friendly environment.

Here’s how you start: The staff will ask for your drink then you choose on the menu which ones you wanna order, you start from Appetizers down to Sushi and Ice Cream dessert.

APPETIZERS:

GYOZA – My friends choice. They always order Gyoza.

SHUMAI – My choice. I love Shumai so I always order Shumai. You can try them all.

SOUP:

CLAMS SOUP – This is our all time favorite. Even just a broth is so good. A must try!!

SALAD:

AVOCADO SALAD – We are all in syncd. We don’t miss this one, everytime..this salad is so so good!!

For salad, we are all in syncd.

TEMPURA:

SHRIMP TEMPURA – Our all time fave!! 2 pieces in 1 order, I usually order 3 of these. You order 1 at a time.

We sometimes order Chicken especially if you are allergic to Shrimp.

TERIYAKI:

SHRIMP TERIYAKI – I love shrimp so I choose shrimp and sometimes Salmon. We seldom order Teriyaki but if you order Teriyaki, you might wanna order Fried Rice too to match with it. Most of the times we skip this and fried rice so we can eat more of our favorites. I remember the 1st time I came to Sushi Yam, I ordered both teriyaki and fried rice then I got full right away, I was only able to order 1 set of sushi, then I learned the next time, lol.

FRIED RICE OR NOODLE

SHRIMP FRIED RICE – My choice is shrimp, we seldom order fried rice but I did today because I ordered tempura which I haven’t ordered for a while.

KANI NARUTO – 5 pcs. My friends fave. I have not tried it but they love it.

SUSHI ROLL: 8 PCS

SNOW CRAB ROLL – You will get 8 pcs, all the sushis are good if you prefer to explore.

KRAB CREAM CHEESE ROLL – You can mix your sushi order from sushi, sushi roll and chef’s. They will put the sushis in 1 plate like this.

HAND ROLL: 1 PC Cone Style

Pls inquire about this one, I don’t remember if I had this on Lunch or Dinner time. We seldom order this but it was good.

Most of the times, we skip the Sushi part of the menu and go straight to the Chef’s Special Roll, the one at the bottom of the menu and also pls check the fish icon, blue fish icon is raw and black is cooked sushi.

CHEF’S SPECIAL ROLL – 5 pcs

DYNAMITE ROLL – is our all time favorite roll. I prefer cooked because I have sensitive tummy and for me this is the most delicious, tasty and crunchy cooked sushi roll I have ever had. This part is where we use the REPEAT in our order lol..

DESSERT:

ICE CREAM – I usually skip this because I get sugar high but my friends always order Green Tea and Strawberry.

We started here when it was $18.99 then $19.99 and now it’s $20.95 which we think is still very very affordable. Even if they go up to $30 for lunch we would still go because the quality of sushi you can’t find anywhere else.

Dinner All You Can Eat has some more choices like the ones in the photos but we’re good with the Lunch ones.

We love coming here every time we get a chance or when we are off. This is our official ” Go To Sushi Place ” One time I remember, I worked weekend and went to one of the sushi places in Lakeland, for a 5 pcs of sushi, lo mein and soda I paid $32.00 or so, I wanted to cry not because of the amount I paid bur because the taste or quality is nowhere close to Sushi Yama, and I kept telling my friend in Sushi Yama you can eat 50 pcs of crunchy and delicious sushi for $20 bucks.
