Where to Find the Fountain of the Gods 🏛️✨
The Fountain of the Gods is located inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, one of the most luxurious shopping destinations in Las Vegas. As you walk through the grand Roman-style corridors, you’ll stumble upon this breathtaking fountain featuring intricately sculpted figures of Roman gods, cascading water, and marble columns that transport you back in time!

ERIS – The Goddess of Strife & Discord
Holding the golden ” The Apple Of Discord🍎” Eris, the Greek goddess of strife and discord, was NOTORIOUS for stirring up drama. Legend has it, she was the only goddess NOT invited to the grand wedding of Peleus and Thetis (the parents of Achilles).
Feeling salty and disrespected, she crashed the party in the most iconic way—by throwing a golden apple inscribed with “To the Fairest.”🍎✨
This sparked a MASSIVE feud between Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite, who all thought they deserved the apple. 👑💃 The goddesses asked Zeus to decide, but he was NOT about to get involved in that mess. So, he sent them to Paris of Troy, who ultimately chose Aphrodite because she promised him the most beautiful woman in the world—Helen the wife of Menelaus, King of Sparta.

PARIS – Is the name of Prince of Troy who started the Trojan War by abducting Helen of Sparta.

APPLE OF DISCORD – In Greek Mythology, was a golden apple thrown by Eris at the wedding inscribed ” To the fairest ” when she learned she wasn’t invited at the wedding of Peleus & Thetis. In General, a subject of contention and envy. Source: Merriam Webster.
WHO WON THE WAR – THE GREEKS. The Greeks left a giant wooden horse at the gate, pretending they were leaving the war. The Trojans let the wooden horse inside the city thinking at was a gift. At night, the Greek armies came out of the wooden horse and sacked the the Troy from within. There is a great short video on History.com about the Trojan War.
HELEN OF TROY – Helen of Sparta became Helen of Troy when she was abducted. She was the most beautiful woman of Greece and the indirect cause of the Trojan War. With other writers, she was the most beautiful woman in the world.
THE FACE THAT LAUNCHED A THOUSAND SHIPS – I’m sure we all heard this especially in a song ” IF ” by Bread but do you know this phrase is associated with Helen of Troy and the Trojan War. It originates from a line in Christopher Marlowe’s 16th-century play “Doctor Faustus.” Source: Dictionary.com

King Neptune ( Poseidon in Greek )–The Ruler of the Seas
Neptune, the Roman god of the sea, is basically the OG water bender—controlling oceans, storms, and even earthquakes!! 🌊⚡ His trident (three-pronged spear) is his ultimate weapon, allowing him to stir the seas, create massive waves, and even cause shipwrecks!
In this statue, Neptune stands tall and powerful, gripping his trident, surrounded by winged creatures, cascading waterfalls, and Roman columns—symbolizing his divine rule over the waters. ✨🏛️💦

ZEUS – The King of the Gods
Zeus, the ruler of Mount Olympus, is the ultimate god of the sky, thunder, and justice! Known for wielding his mighty thunderbolt, he controls storms, commands the heavens, and enforces divine order among the gods and mortals.
In this fountain, Zeus stands behind Neptune, overseeing the divine scene with authority. While Neptune rules the seas, Zeus commands the heavens, ensuring balance among the gods. His statue exudes strength, wisdom, and an aura of unchallenged supremacy—just like in Greek mythology, where he led the Olympians to victory against the Titans!

ARES – THE GOD OF WAR
Ares, the fierce and fearless god of war, is the embodiment of battle, courage, and chaos! 🏹⚔️ Known for his relentless nature, he charges into war with unmatched strength, striking fear into the hearts of his enemies. Unlike Athena, who represents strategic warfare, Ares thrives in the raw, brutal energy of combat!
In this statue, Ares stands tall, gripping his spear and shield, exuding power and dominance. DIANA/ARTEMIS – Goddess of the Hunt & Moon 🏹🌙
Diana (known as Artemis in Greek mythology) is the fierce and independent goddess of the hunt, the wilderness, and the moon. She’s often depicted as a strong, free-spirited warrior, always ready with her bow and arrow. 🏹 In this stunning marble statue, she holds a majestic falcon, symbolizing her connection to nature and her role as a protector of the wild.
