In this blog, I’ll be showcasing my 10 best favorite shots from each glass museum, capturing their stunning artistry.
CHIHULY COLLECTION
One of the most renowned glass museums in St. Pete is the Chihuly Collection, and the first I have ever been featuring the mesmerizing works of Dale Chihuly. Located in the Morean Arts Center, this collection boasts breathtaking installations that play with color, light, and form in ways that defy expectations. Visitors can walk through immersive exhibits that showcase Chihuly’s signature glassblowing techniques and larger-than-life sculptures.

Let’s start with Red Ruby Icicle, because I love colors particularly RED this is by far my most favorite. I tell my readers, my Laterz Squad if I win the lottery I would buy this. LOL. 😍🔥

Morean Glass Studio & Hot Shop
If you’re interested in the process behind the masterpieces, stop by the Morean Glass Studio & Hot Shop. Here, visitors can watch live glass blowing demonstrations and even sign up for hands-on workshops. It’s an excellent place to witness skilled artisans at work and gain a deeper appreciation for the level of precision and artistry that goes into each piece. I have not done this one yet.
IMAGINE MUSEUM
Another must-visit spot is the Imagine Museum, a contemporary glass art museum that highlights the work of both American and international artists. The museum showcases a variety of styles, from intricate glass sculptures to avant-garde pieces that push the boundaries of the medium.
Imagine Museum has 2 floors with contemporary glass art from American Artists on the first floor. And rotating exhibits and interactive displays that showcases International Glass Artists on the second floor. Imagine Museum offers a fresh and engaging perspective on the world of glass artistry. I love this contemporary museum.
